Each compound is made from natural and synthetic rubber and other solid and liquid ingredients. Carbon black, silica, silanes, oil, sulfur antioxidants, to name a few. The quality of all these ingredients determines whether a tire is exceptional or just average. With countless ingredient selection combinations, determining the optimal formula requires top specialists, very good raw materials, and intensive testing. It is obvious that the final formula is the company's most closely guarded secret.

ADDIX was created based on a completely new formula. We meticulously tested the raw materials we purchased to obtain the highest quality ingredient supply source in the world. We significantly increased the filler content for silica, so now we can control the mixing process more precisely. The resulting ADDIX compounds can be characterized particularly as a compromise between grip, rolling resistance, and wear, with a much wider range of applications.

ADDIX compounds are produced in a completely new mixer, according to a process we designed internally. Now, modern machinery allows us to use the most advanced and precise mixing process in the bicycle tire industry. Completely new possibilities open up, as we can now adjust all parameters at will.
