Acer x pseudo Alpenglow #6A hardy hybrid maple known for its dramatic, color changing foliage and resilience in cold climates. Merlot leaves with translucent veins catch the light and glow as emerge and dance on arching branches. Then the red mellows to burnished bronze in summer and finally turns to blazing orange and red in fall. Seedless cultivar and does not produce messy samaras (helicopter seeds).
