This official FunnyPlaying laminated LCD is the direct replacement unit for the M2 version of the Laminated IPS 3.0 display kit for the Game Boy Advance SP. The assembly includes the fully laminated IPS panel and protective front glass screen lens, identical to the part supplied in the full M2 laminated kit.

A replacement screen is essential if the original has been cracked, scratched, damaged during use, or if the ribbon cable was torn during install (or further modding the console). Because the front glass and IPS panel are laminated together, any damage to either component requires replacing the entire laminated module.

This replacement is only compatible with the M2 Laminated 3.0 kit for GBA SP. It does not work with the earlier non-M2 laminated kits, nor with 3.19" IPS kits. It cannot function alone and requires the original M2 driver board, ribbon, bracket and laminated SP shell.

Before installing, bench-test the display with the protective film still applied to confirm correct function and compatibility with your existing M2 components.
