How to use it

• Sit with your legs straight out in front of you, if it’s more comfortable sit in a short sit position (on a chair)
• Place toe band around your big toe (you can place it higher or lower, depends on your comfort level)
• Sit in an upright position, palms facing down on the side of each hip
• Push through your heels, engage the back of your body, and take a deep breath in through your nose
• Rotate heels out and in; heels should not be drawn to each other, the springs need to stretch every time you pull out
• Let the air out slowly through your mouth
• Add more repetitions as you gain flexibility
