Start Gantry

1/32nd scale MDF building kit. Accurately cut and easy to assemble. Comes unpainted.

The Start Gantry is a highly-detailed model designed to be placed across the track at the start/finish line. It can also be used as a generic advertising or lighting gantry anywhere on your track. Several options are provided in the kit for banner and placement of lettering. Also included is a banner which allows you to fit 5mm LED lights (LED lights not supplied) so you can control your race starts in a realistic manner. The gantry is quite strong and stable and is easily constructed, but we would recommend you protect the bases from high speed crashes using armco or other barriers.

These gantries are very easy to be modified, if you want it lower you can cut height off the uprights with some simple wire cutters or a sharp scalpel knife, just be careful and take your time.
