The Basic 3 introduces three dedicated brewing modes designed to simplify your workflow. In Espresso Mode, the scale automatically tares, starts timing when extraction begins, and stops when the cup is removed — giving you a seamless, hands-free espresso experience. Pour-over Mode offers the same automatic timing functions while displaying a live coffee-to-water ratio in real time, making recipe tracking effortless. Standard Mode provides full manual control, with flow rate and ratio always available on screen.

Built with a new advanced electromagnetic shielding system, the Basic 3 resists interference from espresso machines and magnetic dosing cups for more stable and reliable readings.
