Trail Armor's CoolFlo Windshield offers a unique solution to the common complaint of dust and heat while riding off-road in a side-by-side vehicle. Unlike traditional windshields that can exacerbate the problem, the CoolFlo Windshield addresses the issue by utilizing a two-piece design.

The lower section of the windshield is removable, which helps redirect the airflow and prevent the creation of a low-pressure zone behind the windshield. Special foils are incorporated to guide the airflow downward and backward into the cab, effectively breaking the low-pressure zone and forcing trapped engine heat out of the vehicle. This design not only reduces dust intrusion but also helps in lowering the cabin temperature for a more comfortable ride.

The upper portion of the CoolFlo Windshield remains in place, providing superior face and eye protection. Additionally, these windshields are DoT Approved/Rated and engraved with the necessary markings for those looking to make their vehicle street-legal.

Compared to other windshields on the market, the CoolFlo Windshields tackle the root cause of the problem rather than simply reducing the low-pressure zone. Half or three-quarter windshields only partially address the issue, while Trail Armor's CoolFlo Windshields effectively break the low-pressure zone and provide comprehensive protection. The windshields are made of 1/4" mar-resistant, hard-coated polycarbonate, ensuring durability and excellent visibility.

Installation is straightforward, and the lower section can be easily removed or replaced on the go. The CoolFlo Windshields are compatible with specific Polaris RZR models, including the 2018-2021 Polaris RZR XP 1000 Turbo S, 2019-2021 RZR Turbo S Velocity, RZR 4 XP 1000 Turbo S, and RZR 4 Turbo S Velocity, 2021 RZR Turbo S, and RZR 4 Turbo S Lifted Lime LE.
