Part of the Mindful Rest Series, this series if focused on the pressure on productivity for self worth, particularly on women - artist Em Hatton emphasises the importance of rest, and rest as protest. These figures are mindfully and unapologetically lounging within her own safe space. It's meant to be a reminder that taking time to rest and look after yourself equips you to to better show up for yourself, others and ultimately leads to a happier life.
