We service forks for all major brands. If your brand and model is not listed, simply select "other" and fill in the box.

Please only bring your fork to the appointment. There will be a $25 surcharge if we need to remove and reinstall the fork on your bike.

Note: All price listed are for normal service. If other part of the fork are damaged and need replacement, additional cost might be added. We will contact you if any additional service is needed or recommended.

Basic Service

Basic service should be done about every 50 hours of riding, or yearly, whichever comes first. It will ensure that your fork is perfect working order, refresh small bump sensitivity and increase the longevity of the fork. All our basic service includes:

• Disassembly, cleaning and inspections
  
• Bushing sizing (more info here)
• New bath oils
• (Optional) New dust wiper seals 

Complete service

Complete service is recommended about every 200 hours of riding. Generally, it is not needed unless the fork exhibit other issues, like squishing noise while actuating. We generally recommend this service every 4 basic services, or bi-yearly, whichever comes first. Complete service includes:

• Everything from the basic service
• Full air/coil spring rebuild, includes new seals
• Full damper rebuild, includes new seals
  
• New damper oil
• New dust wiper seals

We use a vacuum bleeding machine for the damper rebuild when possible, otherwise fill the damper with degassed oil.
