Our whipped products are made with soft butters to create the amazing formula we offer. We take precautions when packing orders that include body creams or any smoothie products. However, due to Global Warming, there is a chance that it will melt. (See our policy)

If this happens to you, follow these steps:

• Place your product somewhere at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a few hours until it solidifies again.
• Once it's solid, it's ready to be used as usual.
• The benefits are the same, the same divine smell and the same consistency when applied.
