When it's time to make your checks, simply plug in the waterproof digital thermometer for a fast, accurate result. The kit also includes a plug-to-plug connection lead and log book.

MM2000 Thermometer

The hi-spec MM2000 Thermometer incorporates a number of advanced features, including compatibility with seven thermocouple types, infra-red capability and is °C/°F selectable.

It is waterproof and self-calibrating to ensure accurate reading every time.

Food Simulant Probe

The Food Simulant Probe is specially designed to have similar characteristics to a pack of cold meat and therefore provides a much more accurate temperature reading in cold stores and chill cabinets than would be the case with a standard air probe. Other features include:

• Long response time - making it ideal for long term measurement when placed within your cold storage environment.
• the probe will accurately reflect the temperature of stored product
• Has two fixing holes, so it may be left cable-tied to your cold store
• Temperature Range: -50 to 150°C
• Dimensions: 100mm x 100mm x 10mm
