 How to enjoy your steam:

Wash face & throw up your hair.

Scoop the desired amount of botanicals into heat safe bowl, pour a cup of boiling water over herbs and let steep for a moment. Grab a large towel and place over head while you lean over bowl making a 'tent' trapping the steam in. Inhale, relax and enjoy.

 Steaming more than once a week is not recommended.
