This is Mirai Skin's curated winter routine bundle for dry skin in cold-climate conditions. Dry skin is already prone to tightness and flaking; add the low humidity and forced indoor heat of winter, and a routine that worked fine in summer suddenly leaves you tight, itchy, and makeup-resistant. This set is built around the core principle of cold-weather K-beauty: layer hydration, seal with richer occlusive, protect with SPF.
Korean skincare was built for seasonal skin care in a way most Western brands weren't. Korean winters are cold and dry, Korean summers are hot and humid, and the country's skincare routines adapt accordingly. This set applies that seasonal philosophy: products that prioritize ceramides, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, and rich occlusives for the months when your skin needs more than it asks for in July.
The bundle combines gentle cleansing, deep hydration layering, and barrier-reinforcing moisturization for dry winter skin. Each product in the set was chosen for its track record on cold-climate dry skin: gentle cleansers that don't strip, hydrating toners that don't burn, serums that layer well, and moisturizers rich enough to block transepidermal water loss overnight.
AM: gentle cleanse, hydrating toner (layer 2 to 3 times for extra hydration), serum, rich moisturizer, SPF (sold separately). PM: oil cleanse if needed, gentle cleanse, toner (again layered), serum, rich moisturizer. On particularly dry nights, add a sleeping mask layer over the moisturizer.
For moderate to moderately severe dry skin, yes. For clinically dry skin (eczema, ichthyosis), add a ceramide-rich body cream or a targeted barrier balm like La Roche-Posay Cicaplast or the Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin cream.
The routine is too rich for summer or humid climates. Pare back to lighter textures (gel moisturizer instead of cream, thinner hydrating toner) when seasons change.
SPF is not always included in routine sets. Check specific contents. If not, any daily Korean sunscreen (like Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun or Missha All Around Safe Block) completes the AM steps.
Standard bundle duration: 2 to 3 months depending on product volumes and usage. Serums and moisturizers typically last longer than cleansers.
Most bundle products are sensitivity-friendly, but review specific contents. If one product causes reactivity, drop it from the routine and keep the others.
