Mini Lantern with White & Red Output

NITECORE delivers the ultimate compact camping lantern with the rechargeable NITECORE LA30. Equipped with 8 high CRI LEDs, the LA30 provides up to 250 lumens of 360 degree lighting at distances up to 38 yards-perfect for lighting up tents and camping areas. Three secondary LEDs emit up to 40 lumens of red output which can be used to preserve night vision while star gazing, map reading or searching through your tent. At less than 3 inches in length, the LA30 fits into the palm of your hand and can be conveniently stored in pockets, bags or backpacks while traveling.

Simple to Use & Carry

A single push button switch located on the front of the unit makes it easy and intuitive to operate the lantern. Press and hold the button to access the primary white output and tap the switch to cycle through low, mid and high outputs. For red outputs, simply double tap the button with the light off and gain access to low and high red output as well as SOS and Beacon. With a metal hanging loop and magnetic base, the LA30 gives you plenty of ways to use the lantern hands-free and position it exactly how you like.

Bi-Fuel Powering Options

How you power the LA30 is up to you! With a built-in 1800mAh rechargeable li-ion battery, you will enjoy up to 56 hours of runtime. A built-in charging indicator will alert you to low power, and the included USB charging cable makes it easy to recharge at home or on the go. For times when USB power isn't available, such as extended trips to the backcountry, the LA30 can also run on 2x AA batteries for up to 48 hours.
