• Materials: The .925 sterling silver used to create our link bracelets is 100% sourced in the USA. All of our .925 sterling silver bracelets are both lead and nickel free making them a hypoallergenic choice for those with sensitive skin. 
  
• Engraving Quality: Inscriptions are deep, crisp, easy to read, and permanently engraved into the sterling silver. Rest assured that your engraved inscription will not wear or fade away.  
• Custom Engraving Options: The interior of the link bracelet may be custom engraved with your personalized inscription (+$20). The engraveable area on the interior of the link bracelet allows for up to 10 characters/spaces on each of the 5 segments. 
• Handmade in the USA: As a family-owned business, each sterling silver link bracelet is individually created in our Williamsburg, Virginia studio. We personally design, engrave, polish, and buff each bracelet with careful attention to detail. 
  
• Creation Timeline: Our current production time for custom personalized jewelry is approximately 1-2 days. During holiday seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) production timelines may increase.
  
• Returns: Custom engraved items are created especially for you and are not eligible for return. For this reason we ask you to double check your design for proper capitalization, spelling errors, correct dates etc.

• Gift Boxed: Your sterling silver link bracelet will be packaged with care and will arrive gift boxed for presentation. 
• Care: We suggest using a jewelry cleaning/polishing cloth to help your sterling silver jewelry maintain its original luster and brilliant shine. Liquid silver cleaners are not recommended as they may dull the finish and/or remove the antiquing from your sterling silver jewelry. 
• Photography of Custom Work: We regularly post images of our favorite custom creations on our website to provide customers with examples of our work. Please let us know if you prefer that we do not post images of the items that we create for you so that we may respect your request.
