Tasting Note

Very drinkable Bordeaux. Very tasty right now, softer fruit with a lightness and then Cabernet vegetal notes on the end. A real, classic example of a left bank Bordeaux.

Producer 

This great property is now run by two of the late Marc Pagès’s grandsons, Frédéric Le Clerc (ex Ecole Polytechnique) and Benjamin Richer des Forges. They are very capable. A further 12 hectares of superb land were purchased to add to the 55 hectares. The average age of the vines is well over 40 years. A new impressive temperature controlled storage cellar has also been built.
