WINEMAKING TECHNIQUES 

Grapes are picked during the night to ensure freshness, fermented in Stainless still tank, Lees stirred for 4 months to build texture and complexity. Blended and bottled December 2022.

Tasting Notes 

Crisp and refreshing, with a lively acidity that balances the wine’s textured, slightly oily mouthfeel—classic of Pinot Gris. Flavors of poached pear, honeydew melon, and citrus blossom unfold, leading to a clean, dry finish with a whisper of almond skin and white pepper.

SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING 

Perfect with seared scallops, Thai green curry, or a goat’s cheese salad. Also lovely as an aperitif.
