Novaflex is a special kink and crush resistant suction & discharge rubber hose, designed for those demanding applications requiring a product that meets 3-A (cert# 1803), FDA & USDA standards. This tube is for non-oily applications. Designed to meet the temperatures and chemical resistance associated with "cleaning in place" systems. The ultra smooth microbe resistant tube is built on special stainless steel mandrels for cleanliness.

The ForgeFit barbed connector and crimp sleeve system are designed to provide a long life and easy to clean hose connection. The long barb and the long sleeve provide a secure crimp without crushing the hose. Triple banding can slip or damage the hose during installation and has sharp edges. The ForgeFit hose barb skips the first barb to provide a gapless and smooth transition to the tubing to make it easier to keep clean. Our barb has a stop to ensure the hose does not creep closer to the clamp in service.
