Peppermint has been a precious herb since ancient times. Peppermint essential oil has a stimulating, mentholated scent that eliminates bad breath, freshens the mouth, calms tense nerves and anxiety, clears the mind and eliminates mental fatigue.

DIRECTIONS

• Skin care: The cooling sensation of peppermint essential oil has a soothing effect on the skin. Low concentrations are effective in soothing irritated, itchy and inflamed skin, as well as inhibiting sebum secretion and improving the appearance of blackheads, pimples, and acne, making it ideal for people with combination or oily skin types.
• After-sun spray: Try adding 2-3 drops of Peppermint essential oil and water to a 30ml spray bottle for a simple after- sun treatment that will leave your skin feeling gently cooled (just avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes!). This is an easy after-sun treatment to give your skin a gentle cooling sensation (just avoid sensitive areas like the eyes!).
• Massage: Take your soothing massage to the next level with the sweet, energising aroma of peppermint essential oil. Mix 1-2 drops of Peppermint with Fractionated Coconut Oil and gently massage into the desired area, enjoying the cooling effect of Peppermint on the skin while soaking up the relaxing aroma.
• Bathing: Incorporate Peppermint essential oil into your bathing routine, add 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil to your shampoo and feel the invigorating aroma as you massage your hair and scalp.
• Mouthwash: Simply add 1 drop of peppermint essential oil to water, take a small sip, leave in the mouth and gargle for a fresh, minty mouth odour.
