Domaine Remi Jobard Bourgogne Blanc Vieilles Vignes 2022 comes from five parcels in Meursault, where vines over 40 years old produce a remarkably expressive Chardonnay. Though labeled as a Bourgogne Blanc, this wine carries the depth and elegance of a true Meursault, offering an exceptional value for its origin. Aged in a balanced mix of 50% barrique (12% new) and 50% large old foudre, it gains richness and texture while preserving the unmistakable minerality of Burgundy.  

The nose is vibrant and inviting, filled with aromas of peaches, pears, lime, and wet limestone, accented by a subtle smokiness of gunflint. The palate is rich yet lively, with a layered concentration that unfolds beautifully. Bright citrus and stone fruit notes mingle with a creamy texture, all wrapped in a fresh, mineral-driven finish that lingers long after each sip.  

Best enjoyed slightly chilled, this wine shines on its own or paired with seafood, roast chicken, or creamy cheeses.
