"Whispers of the Night" was born from the mornings I spent watching a pair of Sandhill Cranes I came to know as Mika and Tika. Their arrival was always a moment of anticipation for me, and their graceful dance felt like a quiet celebration of connection. As I painted them, I wanted to capture that tender rhythm of devotion and the sense of time standing still. This piece invites you to feel the beauty of a bond that moves through the past, present, and the hopeful moments still to come.
