An art deco cluster ring, set to centre a deep velvet cushion-cut sapphire with a weight of 3.14 carats. The sapphire is secured in a platinum rub-over setting and surrounded by a cluster of diamonds, amounting to 0.70 carats that are secured in rub-over grain settings in a cushion shaped mount. The ring is finished with a simple platinum band, circa 1930.
