The kimblewick jaw piece is a kind of pelham but has a milder effect and is ridden with one rein. The rider can determine the sharpness of the bit himself. The lower the rein is attached, the greater the leverage, the sharper the bit. This jaw piece offers the rider more control over the horse than a standard jaw piece. 

The Kimblewick is not suitable for inexperienced riders.

The Wideport Segundo is a double-jointed mouthpiece with a port. Unlike the other mouthpieces with tongue arches, this mouthpiece can move freely creating some lateral flexibility. Because of the port, there is less pressure on the tongue, but it is distributed over the layers. There are sharper angles on the tongue arch, which creates extra pressure points on the tongue. Because the tongue arch can move, horses generally find it difficult to lean on this mouthpiece and throw the tongue over the bit.

The Sweet Iron bits are made of steel and have a recognizable blue color. Sweet Iron develops surface rust through contact with (air) moisture that tastes sweet and stimulates the horse's saliva production naturally. This will cause the horse to foam more, which ensures better acceptance of the bit. This rusting process (oxidation) changes the blue color of the TRUST bits to brown-gray.
