Horology By The Sea is proud to present this exquisite Piece Unique, a bespoke creation made by the collaborative efforts of Moritz Grossmann and Kari Voutilainen.

I personally try to refrain from hyperbole but in viewing this dial - constructed by Kari Voutilainen - I can say this is easily one of the finest I've ever had the pleasure to witness. Unencumbered by indices, waves of lovely whites and silvers shimmer across the dial. White gold serves as the base of flinqué guilloché subdial, and its color inspired by the plant native to the previous owner's garden to match the applied tiny green indices of the minute chapter.

The Moritz Grossmann Manufacture 106.0 caliber movement is of course no less gorgeous than the dial. The self-winding hammer system with pendulum weight is in my view the most visually intriguing winding mechanism in the industry. The baseplate is crafted in German silver together with the German silver bridges with beautiful Côtes de Genève striping and gold chatons fastened by purple-brown screws. The movement beats at 3Hz and carries a Power Reserve of 72 hours.

The 18 karat white gold case measures 41mm x 11.8mm x 50.5mm lug-to-lug. The watch is furnished on an OEM black alligator strap with dark green stitching and 18 karat white gold Moritz Grossmann pin buckle. Complete with Box, Loupe, and Papers dated August 30th, 2020.
