MESI mTABLET TBI

The MESI mTABLET TBI is a complete system for determining the toe-brachial index (TBI). The set consists of three diagnostic modules, two upper arm cuffs and two toe cuffs for blood pressure measurement, the MESI mTABLET and the corresponding charging station. The measurement results are transmitted to the mTABLET via WLAN and can be evaluated there with the corresponding software.

The TBI measurement is used to detect PAD in all patients in whom an ABI measurement cannot be performed. This may be the case, for example, in patients with extensive wounds, lymphoedema or Mönckeberg's sclerosis.

Comprehensive diagnosis with extension modules

The MESI mTABLET can also be used for other examinations with the help of extensions and modules. For example, the SpO2 module with base unit and sensor is available as an additional module, and the ECG base unit with patient cable for recording a 12-channel resting ECG is available as an extension. The compatible modules for the MESI mTABLET are available as separate accessories.

All examination results are stored in the tablet and can be centrally administered, evaluated and, if necessary, forwarded to co- or doctors providing further treatment. The uniform format avoids misunderstandings and saves valuable time when making a diagnosis.
