Using a tube expander literally cuts your brazing time and leak risk in half! Instead of using a standard coupling (which requires two braze joints), expanding the end of the pipe allows you to slip the next pipe directly inside, requiring only a single braze. Always remember to slightly deburr the inside of your cut pipe before expanding to ensure a perfectly smooth, straight cup.
