Detailed Description

The AntCant Non-Stick Spray (patent pending) was scientifically developed as a safe, low-maintenance deterrent against ant infestations. When applied to vertical surfaces—such as hive stand legs wrapped with the included foil tape—the coating prevents ants from attaching. Unable to gain a foothold, they slip off and eventually abandon the attempt.

Unlike pesticides, AntCant does not kill ants. Instead, it redirects them to other food sources, making it safe to use around bees and in outdoor environments. It works effectively against many ant species, including Argentine, fire, black, and carpenter ants.

The coating is virtually invisible (slightly white on light surfaces), non-sticky, and environmentally safe once dried. Unlike sticky products such as Tanglefoot™, AntCant does not accumulate insects or debris, keeping the treated area clean. And unlike liquid deterrents such as lemon juice, vinegar, or oils, it does not evaporate or wash away, making it nearly maintenance-free.

If reapplication is needed, a quick spray restores the barrier, and it can be easily removed with soap and water.
