To adjust gently pull/push on each side to make it the perfect size. To maintain the rings shape you should do this slowly. Once you have the correct size it’s important not to keep adjusting it (ie to wear on different fingers). This is because the more times you adjust it the harder and more brittle the silver becomes and is then at risk of breaking.
