I found these along with the antique Inuit miniature sled just listed, and while I don't believe they originally belonged together, I do believe, based on a note from the seller, that these are Canadian in origin too, of a similar age, and if not Inuit certainly they feel aligned in sensibility and essence, with a beautiful no fuss sort of elegance and gravitas to them. Lots of power and fortitude expressed in the forms of those blocky carved bodies! And inset whittled sticks for legs that show a little wear at the ends, as is they've been trodding along through thick and thin.

 Each approx 4 9/16" l x 3" t and in very good condition, sturdy and sound. Sold as a pair.
