THE PATTERN IS NOT INCLUDED, it is available to purchase from the designer, Tif Neilan, on her website and Ravelry.  The sample shown was knit using SW Merino DK Sock base and uses 6 colorways rather than 7.  There are instructions for how to alter this in the pattern but if you have additional questions or want to know the exact order we used in ours, please use the contact form to reach out!
