Introducing Foredom®'s Portable Rotary Micro-Motor Kit, a fantastic versatile tool for those who need to work where power is limited or who require working at multiple locations.

This kit features a control box (approx. 70mm W x 31.75mm D x 133mm L ) which is powered by a re-chargeable lithium-ion battery offering up to 5 hours of running time (depending on usage), or alternatively it can be powered via the included adapter offering consistent use (110-240 Volt input).

This small control panel also includes a digital 2-digit RPM display, a dial for adjusting the speed from 0-30,000RPM, a forward/reverse button for the rotary direction and an optional on/off switch for the foot pedal plug.

As a safety feature, the control box also has an overload protection circuitry, so not to overwork the motor.

The hand piece motor is small and light but offers sufficient power for applications such as: polishing, engraving or fine detailing and grinding.

The brush type continuous duty motor is fan cooled and vibration-free for precision. It also includes permanently lubricated, shielded ball bearings that do not require further lubrication.

The hand piece itself is easy to use with the quick, twist release rotary type collet suitable for 2.35mm shanked accessories.

Suitable to use on materials such as; metal, wood and glass. It easily connects to the control panel with a 104mm long removable cord.

Measures approx. 127mm long x 12.7mm diameter at the gripping point and 22mm diameter at the motor.

This practical kit comes complete with a Handpiece Cradle (HP4-933), spare pair of Motor Brushes (HP8-163) and Collet Changing Wrenches (HP4-993).
