MR. GINGER is gingerbread lover's dream!

First we start with a perfectly spiced gingerbread cookie and load it with cinnamon chips, cream cheese chips, and Biscoff cookies. There is a layer of a cinnamon cookie butter cream cheese frosting. Next is a gingerbread blondie, followed with a thin cookie butter layer. On top of that is a gingerbread fudge. The whole brookies is dusted with cinnamon sugar.
