This BDS 6.5" lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion is a game changer for your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500 HD, with clearance for up to 37" tires. In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the control arms are upgraded: tubular uppers from 1.5" OD x .120-wall fully TIG-welded tubing with an indexed ball joint cup for added down travel and camber adjustment, and fully boxed, internally gusseted high-strength steel lowers. Up front it also runs high-arched 1/4" steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, HD skid plates and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. The rear uses replacement lift blocks, a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. The bolt-on FOX 2.5 remote-reservoir coil-overs are race-proven and tuned out of the box, available with optional Dual Speed Compression adjustment.

Notes

• A torsion bar tool is required to unload the torsion bars.
• Requires frame bracket and differential modification.
• Minor welding is required for coil-over mount installation.
• Stock 17 inch & 18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20 inch x 8.5 inch wheels with 6 inch backspacing or less will fit with a max tire size of 35x12.50.
• Models with two-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit (121612).
• Coilovers are preset for DIESEL engine models. Use on GAS engine models is not recommended due to providing too much lift; available preload adjustment is typically not enough to achieve desired ride height.
• Will NOT fit dually applications.
• Determine if your truck was built with or without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs.
• Rear block option: 3 inch block results in a slightly tail-low stance; 5 inch block results in a level to slightly tail-high stance and integrates a u-bolt flip kit with new spring plate.
