A collection of award winning single origin dark chocolate bars made by Canadian chocolate makers!

Desbarres Chocolate is a multi-award winning chocolate maker who was just awarded a Bronze award in 2024 by the International Chocolate Awards - Americas for this bar. The Kilombero Tanzania bar is a 72% single origin bar with notes of brownie, tropical fruit and citrus. (Recently Desbarres increased the size of their bars and the changed the packaging so the bar included in this box is the same as described but bigger and with a new look from the Desbarres in the photo). Made in Uxbridge, Ont.

The Organic House has a reputation for sourcing exceptional cacao beans and accentuating the fine flavours of these beans. Included in this box is the single origin 70% Philippines - Bon Bulak bar. The cacao from this region is known to be premium high quality and fine flavour. Tasting notes of porcini, sage, lilac with mellow earthy notes and a smooth finish.  Very low sugar, sweetened with coconut flower nectar. Made in Burlington, Ont.

The single estate cacao beans used to make Qantu's award winning bar are grown in La Mar, Ayacucho, Peru. Chuncho cocoa comes from wild cultivation, grows in the mountainous forest and decorates majestic century-old trees. This is a highly sought after cocoa based on its fine flavour. Tasting notes of cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg.  Made in Montreal, Que. 

On to the Madagascar 70% bar made by Finnia! The cocoa beans are grown in the Sambirani Valley in the northwestern part of Madagascar. The chocolate is a smooth, fine dark chocolate with natural flavour notes of pineapple and cherry liquor, with black pepper on the finish. Made on Manitoulin Island, Gore Bay, Ont.
