The powder sampler Mini is a small volume stainless steel sampler.
When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when the button is released. In this way a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sampling notch of the rod and removed.

The sampler accurately collects sample volumes of 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml, depending on the version.
With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be taken at different depths.
The small volume powder sampler is manufactured from high quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti).

The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdered products from small containers, bags, drums or open vessels. It is primarily used in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology industries, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

Insert the powder sampler into the powder to be sampled to the desired depth.
At the desired depth, extend the inner rod by pressing the button.
Move the sampler gently up and down. This will fill the collection chamber with the powder to be sampled.
Retract the inner rod.
Pull the sampler out of the powder.
Extend the inner rod and empty the sample into a suitable collection container.
Clean the sampler.
