This vessel with gentle turning lines and droplet details, has a gleaming matt surface that captures light.

First the form is lathe turned in wax, then mould cast in the kiln. The wax melts and the molten glass takes its place in the plaster shell. Celia then refines the surfaces with precise hand finishing.

Each piece is unique and each surface records the making processes.
