Storage

The pacifiers should always be stored clean and dry, for example in a closed box or in a pacifier case. Avoid especially placing them in direct sunlight or heat, as this can weaken the natural rubber. Also, do not sterilize the pacifier with anything other than boiled water.

Cleaning

Before the pacifiers are used for the first time, they should be poured over with boiling water, after which they should be left to soak for 5 minutes. Do not boil the pacifiers. After that, they should be regularly sterilized by pouring boiling water over them. Since it is a vented pacifier, liquid will penetrate into the sucking head. When the pacifier has cooled down, the water is pressed out of the sucking part to ensure hygiene.

Why is the nipple clear in material on some pacifiers and matte in material on others? Natural rubber latex is et a natural material with many good properties, such as softness, tensile strength, and great durability against bites. However, latex can also have natural variations in the material, which can be seen in this light. Therefore, the appearance of the nipple can vary in clarity and color.
