What clamps work with this hose?

Standard hose clamps sized for 1.00" diameter hoses will work. Stainless steel or spring clamps are recommended for underhood environments. Check your clamp sizing before ordering — we don't include clamps with this elbow.

Does this need prep before install?

Clean the inside bore with a lint-free cloth before connecting. Wipe the mating surfaces on hard pipes to remove any machining residue or debris that could restrict flow.
