• If you require installation of your product, please contact us to arrange a free site assessment and quote. We work with a team of experienced and qualified engineers that can assess and install ceiling track hoists.
  
• Only an Etac approved engineer should install the hoist.

This product comes with a 5 year manufacturers parts warranty. 

Should you need an extended parts and labour warranty, we offer the options below:

Extended 12 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 3 Call Outs £80.00 (£96.00 Incl VAT)

Extended 24 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 6 Call Outs £205.00 (£246.00 Incl VAT)

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Returns

We at Adapt Life are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• For a full refund, products must be returned in their unused state, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Used mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.  We suggest you trial the mattress or bathroom product while it is still in the packaging.

14-Day Reflection Period
