Do I need clamps or hose barbs to install this?

This hose is designed to fit over barbed fittings or hard pipe connections. You'll need spring clamps or worm-gear clamps (sized for 1.75" and 2.00" diameters) to secure both ends. These are not included.

Can I use this for both coolant and boost lines?

Silicone hose handles both applications. For coolant, you're solid. For boost, confirm your turbo or supercharger specs match the pressure rating of this hose — most silicone reducers work fine up to moderate boost levels, but always verify before plumbing.

Will this hose require any prep before installation?
