Bulbs are not included. These housings are D2S-ready, so you'll need to source D2S HID bulbs and a compatible ballast kit separately.

Can I use standard halogen bulbs in these, or do they require HID?

These are designed for D2S HID bulbs. Using halogen will cause improper beam pattern and heat buildup in the projector lens.
