Vintage 1940’s Novelty print dress with Lily of the Valley on a background of blue. A beautiful dress with features of a sweeping pleated neckline yoke to the front and back, short sleeves, original belt and a lovely dropped banded waistline with fully gathered skirt. With side metal zip opening. A lovely drape to the rayon silk fabric, giving a fabulous silhouette when on. Such an elegant feminine look. 

Beautiful colours with the pop of colours from the lily of valley on a beautiful shade of blue and mixed with red leaves.  Would look fabulous with Green, Red, White or blue accessories, to further enhance the colour palette.

Good Vintage Condition - flaws to note : 1 x eyelet is missing on belt with slight fraying to buckle edge and 1 x tiny pinhole to underarm. 
Please note these flaws are tiny and certainly doesn’t detract from a lovely item.
