Vintage 1940's darling 2 pc suit in a deep berry wine. This is a beautiful example from the era in such a unique colourway. It has a beautiful 1940's silhouette and has such classic 40's detailing. The Jacket has a double breasted bodice, sharp pointed collar, full length sleeve and beautiful arrow point stitchwork detailing to the pocket edge. The Jacket has a strong shoulder line enhanced by shoulder pads which accentuate that classic silhouette. The skirt is a classic a line silhouette with kick pleat to the back hem. It fastens with press studs and hook and eyes. A beautiful set which is divine worn as is or is great for styling with various seperates for different ensembles. 

A great addition to any 1940's wearers collection. A lovely treat to yourself, friend or loved one.

Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - Some grazes to the jacket at the top of the shoulder and some in the kick pleat hem of the skirt. If desired the press stud fastening at the waist could be moved over to allow the garment a bit more space. This piece presents beautifully and is ready to wear.
