• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.
• For a full refund, products must be returned in their unused state, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Used mattresses, slings and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.  We suggest you trial the mattress or bathroom product while it is still in the packaging.
