Classic early 1960s one-piece bathing suit in bright lipstick red. Thick nylon with a bit of stretch hugs your curves and gives structure to the piece. Adjustable straps have two buttons on each shoulder to change the length. A double layer tummy panel gives extra control; the inner portion is sewn to the crotch, and the outer portion is hemmed along the hip line.

The bust has lined, slightly padded cups, and elastic along the under-bust. The cups likely have a rubber component, as they have started to crumble slightly at the top (inside the lining). This is not a major issue, and the bathing suit is still very wearable.
