Warranty

This product comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on the bed frame and a 3 year warranty on mechanics.

Returns

Here are a few important points to note:

• Please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as returns may incur return shipping charges and 20% restocking fee unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty.
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product if you wish to return your items. Any returns outside of the 14 day window may not be accepted.
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
