60's black crepe cocktail/wiggle dress has sequin bodice trimmed with a black velvet bow at the center front. There are also 2 hooks to close up the center front if desired. The dress is made in the USA and has the ILGWU label but no label from the manufacturer. Dress is in good condition.(Zipper does close fine, our mannequin is just too busty!)
