Vintage Darling 1940’s 2 pc summer suit in a lovely lightweight soft brown cotton. This set has a lovely shape to it and features a blouse / jacket with high crossover neckline, button front, short sleeve with turn back cuffs and a peplum, the skirt fastens with a metal side zip and is fully box pleated creating a fantastic silhouette. This set is great worn together or equally looks fabulous worn as separates with other garments for varying ensembles.  

A fantastic set for the spring / summer months and would look fabulous layered in winter with thick tights and a long 40’s swing coat. A lovely addition to any 40’s wearers collection.

Great Vintage Condition, flaws to note - Missing belt but has belt loops, a couple of tiny nicks but hidden in the pleats. This piece presents beautifully and is ready to wear.
