Can I cut this to a shorter length?

Yes. Use a sharp utility knife or hose cutter for clean edges. If you're planning to use clamps, leave at least an inch extra on each end to get solid grip.

Will this work for turbo boost lines or just coolant?

3-ply silicone handles both. It's rated for boost piping and intercooler applications. Just match your clamp strength to your system pressure and use quality stainless steel clamps on both ends.

What clamps do I need?
