These mount at factory bumper points. If your aftermarket bumper uses the same anchor locations, you're good—but measure your new bumper's marker cutout first to confirm alignment.

Do the lenses come with bulbs?

Just the marker housings with smoked lenses. You'll reuse your existing bulbs from the stock markers—pull them out and swap them over.

Can I clean these if they get cloudy?

Yes. Treat the smoked lens the same way you'd treat any marker lens—mild soap, soft cloth, no abrasive compounds. The smoke finish is durable but not indestructible.
